Un colore giallo verdolino, ma oserei dire giallo carta.
Al naso bei profumi freschi tipici del Muller Thurgau anche se ovviamente sono ben lievi ed eleganti in questo Muller a bassa gradazione, bouquet di fiori e frutta estiva, un'aromaticità molto interessante anche con questa lieve nota di mela verde fresca.
In bocca è quasi impercettibile dalla leggerezza che ha, delicato, fresco e sapido con un buon finale di bocca. Inutile dire che la parola d'ordine è freschezza.
Semplice da bersi ad un aperitivo, sicuramente troppo scarico di consistenza se accompagnato con qualcosa da mettere sotto i denti.
